Designing digital products for complex systems and human decisions.
Product designer with over five years of design experience, including enterprise cloud platforms, developer tools, low-code workflows and financial services, and an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art. I combine research, systems thinking and hands-on prototyping to make complex products—including AI workflows—clear and usable.
Selected work across research, public systems, and enterprise products.

AI-native prototyping in practice. Lessons from building with AI.
Everything I learned comes with me.
I kept starting over in fields I knew nothing about. It turned out I was never starting from zero.

- Language / CuriosityCuriosity · Structure · Self-teaching
I spent those years teaching myself in several directions at once. None of it looked like a plan; all of it turned out to be groundwork.
- English studies
I chose to major in English — a language felt like a way into another world.
- First code
I started coding to build something useful — then saw the ideas came from designers. Code gave ideas form, but design shaped what those ideas should be.
- Drawing
Jobs unveiling the iPhone made design look like the coolest thing there was. I had no eye for beauty, so I tried calligraphy, sketching, colour to build one.
- Teaching
I taught part-time to cover tuition — it wasn't the plan, but it bought me time to learn design on the side.
- Design / CraftCraft · Constraints · Pressure
Going all in taught me the craft. Working inside it taught me where execution stops — and how much never gets decided at that level.
- Going all in
The groundwork was done, and freelance work on the side gave me real experience. That was enough to go all in and study design full time.
- UI design
Real projects, real pressure. I have never grown faster than that year.
- Experience design
I could execute anything and decide nothing. Good ideas kept dying before they reached the level where decisions were made.
- Systems / AI / BuildingSystems · Orchestration · Making
Service design widened the frame from screens to the organisations around them. AI and code gave me a way to build inside that frame, not just describe it.
- Service design
Interfaces helped, but they could not fix the systems I kept running into. That raised the bigger question: what else can design be?
- AI & building
AI is here either way; the question is how we work with it. And the code I learned at nineteen suddenly mattered again.
Curiosity gets me into unfamiliar territory.Structured problem-solving allows me to work there.
